License Renewal Information

May 1, 2013 is the end of the renewal cycle. If you did not renew your license before the deadline and desire to be licensed in Arizona, you must re-apply using the Initial License Application. Please contact the Board’s licensing division with any questions.

For licensees with a renew-by date of 12/31/2013, the online renewal system will be made available by November 1, 2013.
