The Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners is pleased to once again be able to offer on-line access to records, information, and forms.

The Board recognizes how important it is to everyone to have reliable information about the doctors who care for them and their families, and how important it is for doctors to have timely access to the Board on practice issues. Over the next months, the Board will publish information about the osteopathic physicians licensed by the Board, and about the Board's role and actions in regulating the doctors.

To begin, we are publishing the documents, information, and forms that are most often requested: the Board's statutes, rules, and guidelines; the minutes of Board meetings, application packets, complaint forms, and license verifications and disciplinary histories. Over the coming months we look forward to expanding the information published and making the Board's website a convenient source of timely and reliable information for all those involved in the osteopathic medical community.
